You must create an account to use Essentia. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.

Essentia uses AI to generate responses, insights, and summaries. AI content may not always be accurate. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, or financial advice.

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or third-party outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

Essentia is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, inaccurate AI content, missed reminders, or consequential damages.

9. Account Deletion

Delete your account anytime via Settings. This permanently removes all data and cannot be undone.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
